Ageing: From 10 to 12 months.
Our aged cheese has a more developed and intense flavour, as well as a drier and harder texture. It has a complex aroma and offers a long aftertaste in our mouth.
It will pair perfectly well with nuts and fresh fruit such as grapes. Used grated, it will make your au gratin recipes magnificent!
